1 on 1 Training with You and Your Dog

At our 1 on 1 sessions, I work with you and your dog to learn skills to help complete your personal obedience training program. We use leash and prong collar to teach your dog a foundation of basic commands and behavior so that you can practice at home.

We will teach Sit, Down, Place, Come (Recall), as well as work on a really nice walk. During this time, we can also address any behavior issues you might have such as jumping on people or pulling on the leash. (This is a program for dogs who need good basic obedience but don't have any issues such as aggression, fear, or anxiety.)

The Active Dog Walk Program

Having trouble taking a relaxed walk with your dog? Does your dog pull or even refuse to go? Do you avoid walking because your dog is reactive to other people or dogs? The Active Dog Walk Program can help you take the walk you want with your dog. This program consists of a longer session where we will introduce the dog to the prong collar pressure and then work with the dog to cultivate a really nice, calm walk.

Basic On and Off Leash Obedience Board & Train (2 Weeks)

This On and Off Leash program is for dogs older than 6 months without behavioral issues (no human or dog aggression, fear, or anxiety). Your dog will learn a foundation of obedience behaviors including:

Heel
Sit
Down
Place
Come (Recall)
Crating Up (Crate Training)
Walking on the treadmill
Waiting for food
Waiting at thresholds (doors, crate, etc)

If you have minor issues like counter-surfing or jumping on people, I will work to resolve those issues as well.

This Basic Obedience Board & Train includes an initial 30 minute consultation with you on drop-off and a 2 hour session at pick-up. At the pick-up session, I help you to learn the techniques you will need to use with your dog, as well as the action plan to follow to insure the greatest success for you and your dog.
